I am a full time girl mom and part time dental hygienist, lover of all things strength training and a wife! I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping you create a lifestyle that works for you and creating the most confident version of yourself. Since becoming a mom my goals have changed and I'm learning how to navigate this next chapter!

 

The health and fitness industry is full of many people who do fitness full time but I am here to show you that you can balance your mom life, job and create a healthy lifestyle. I motivate you to create consistency, discipline and have a confident mindset around food, your body and movement.

I am still on my own journey just like you. But I am here to help you learn that there is a lifestyle out there that works for you. A lifestyle where you have a healthy mindset around food without restrictions or feeling guilty for eating. A lifestyle where you find what movement and what workout style works best for you. A lifestyle where you don't rely on motivation, where you cut out the excuses and you make time. A lifestyle where you love and feel confident in every inch of your body.
